Dr. Christine Skurkis is a pediatric hospitalist at Connecticut Children's. She is the Co-Medical Director of the new Integrated Care Medical Psychiatric unit. She received her BA in Biology from Rutgers College and her MD from The University of Connecticut. She completed her Pediatric Residency and was a Chief Resident at the University of Connecticut. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine. She serves as a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Society of Hospital Medicine Behavioral Health Steering Committee and the Connecticut Children's Diversity Equity and Inclusion Advisory Board
